Peak Design Car Vent Mount Overview
Designed to improve many of the imperfections of other car vent mounts, the Smartphone Car Vent Mount from Peak Design delivers a more secure connection to the vent thanks to two points of contact. The aluminum mount then uses a SlimLink pad to provide a strong magnetic connection for your phone, and once attached, the 360° arm and ball head let you move the phone to increase air flow and give you a better viewing angle.
Please note that your phone must be equipped with a Peak Design case, universal adapter (not included), or be MagSafe compatible.
In order to ensure that this mount will work with your vehicle’s air vents, please ensure that your vents meet the following requirements:
- Vent must have straight horizontal or vertical blades
- Vent must be at least 2.5″ wide for vertical blades or tall for horizontal blades
- Vent blade depth must be between 1/4″ to 7/8″
- The gap between vent blades must be at least 5/16″
- Vent blades must be secure and non-removable
